Linda’s “eTeam” is a specialized group of professionals and real estate advisors whose skills contribute to the entire real estate experience for the Albuquerque area. Linda and the eTeam are there to answer your questions about market areas, statistics, the area, and all things real estate. They are the experts in the real estate industry and are available to answer any questions you have, help you market your property and to get you the best deal with buying or selling your property. Linda and her eTeam are a member of many mentoring groups who correspond daily - this enables them to be on the cutting edge of new news in real estate and technology relating to your home buying and selling experience.

Linda DeVlieg - Licensed since 1995, Linda is a Member, Albuquerque Board of Realtors; Southwest MLS, Santa Fe Board of Realtors, and the Santa Fe MLS. She is also a Realtor® member, National Association of Realtors® and serves as Chairperson of the Policy Committee of the Southwest Multiple Listing System. Her committee reviews and recommends for enforcement the Rules and Regulations of the Southwest MLS and Rules for National Association of Realtors. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative®, a Certified Ecobroker® and a Certified ePro®, along with having her CRS®.

Most proudly she serves as Albuquerque's only Cyberstar®, an elite group of real estate professionals chosen for their proficiency and knowledge of technology in real estate marketing. She has served as an expert witness in court with regard to legal matters.

Scott Dean is the Buyer Specialist who specializes in showing homes, keeping up with thenewest homes on the market and networking to get you just the right property. Scott has worked with new home builders, investors, first timebuyers and luxury home buyers, and knows all the ins and outs of buying a home as well as selling resale properties.

Cathryn Jones is the eTeam’s transaction coordinator, and her team of specialized virtual assistants run the transaction coordination and management process to make sure deadlines are met, disclosures and all important documents are processed and make sure that the mortgage and title company are all on track. There are many things that have to run in the background to get your transaction to close on time and with little effort on your part – their job is to make sure things run smoothly. When you close a transaction with the eTeam, your files are secure and accessible 24 hours a day for your review.

The virtual assistant team efforts combine to assist with marketing materials and feedback on property showings and activity for sellers. They are always making sure that sellers are kept up to date on the marketing methods being used to sell their property. Under Linda's direction they keep all Web sites up to date with property listings, as well as advertising on Craig's list and other Internet media to get your property out front in the marketplace.

Anne is our eCare Client Coordinator, being the first point of contact when you visit one of our websites. Anne puts a friendly voice to our web presence, offering assistance to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the Albuquerque area. Anne is married to George. They have 2 teenage girls who keep her extremely busy when she is not helping you!
