Linda’s “eTeam” is a specialized group of professionals whose skills contribute to the entire real estate experience.

Alyson Ashcraft and Tiffany Sevieri are buyer assistants who specialize in showing homes, keeping up with the newest homes on the market and networking to get you just the right property. Allyson has worked with new home builders in the area before moving into representing buyers, and knows all the ins and outs of buying a new home a well as selling resale properties. Tiffany has previous experience working with a large land developer and has learned a great deal about builder planning and development projects.

Cathryn Jones is the transaction coordinator whose job it is to make sure deadlines are met, disclosures and all important documents are processed and make sure that the mortgage and title company are all on track.  There are many things that have to run in the background to get your transaction to close on time and with little effort on your part – her job is to make sure things run smoothly.

Two other assistants, Kim and Catherine – combine to assist with marketing materials and feedback on property showings for sellers. They are always making sure that sellers are kept up to date on the marketing methods being used to sell their property.  Under Linda's direction they keep all Web sites up to date with property listings, as well as advertising on Craig's list to get your property out front in the marketplace.
