There were 3.737 Closed Sales in the 3rd quarter 2021 for detached homes representing a 6.03 percent decrease when compared to 3rd quarter 2020.
The Median Sale Price for detached homes increased to $298,000, a 16.86% percent increase from 2020
The Average Sale Price also rose 17.17 percent to $344,775.
