CORPORATION STUDIED 299 HOUSING MARKETS IN THE U-S. IT FOUND HOMES IN
THE CITY DIFFERENT, ARE ‘OVERVALUED’ BY 22 PERCENT.
IT’S 12 PERCENT IN FARMINGTON. BUT THE SURVEY BELIEVES DEALS CAN STILL
BE FOUND IN ALBUQUERQUE, WHICH IT FOUND TO BE UNDERPRICED BY 3 PERCENT.
IN LAS CRUCES, HOMES WERE FOUND TO BE UNDERVALUED, BUT ONLY BY ONE
PERCENT.
